§1. General Provisions

1. The Loftdrzwi.pl online store is operated by LeoLoftStudio Sp. z o.o., located in Bydgoszcz (85-011), ul. Śniadeckich 4/6, Poland, TAX ID: 9671465110.

2. These terms define the rules for providing services electronically, placing orders, executing sales contracts and handling complaints.

3. Using the store means acceptance of these terms.

§2. Placing Orders

1. Orders can be placed via the contact form on the website, by phone or email.

2. After placing an order, the customer receives confirmation with an order number.

3. Order processing begins after customer confirms conditions and pays deposit (if applicable).

4. Products are made to customer's individual order, according to agreed dimensions and specifications.

§3. Prices and Payments

1. Prices shown in the store are net prices and do not include delivery or installation costs.

2. Final price is determined individually based on order dimensions and specifications.

3. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, payment on delivery, deposit with balance on delivery.

4. Payment terms and deposit amount are determined individually.

§4. Delivery and Installation

1. Order completion time is determined individually and depends on project complexity.

2. Delivery is carried out throughout Poland.

3. Delivery costs are determined individually depending on delivery location and order size.

4. Installation is performed by qualified installation team. Installation costs are determined individually.

§5. Right of Withdrawal

1. Under consumer law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to customer's individual order, tailored to their needs.

3. Most Loftdrzwi.pl products are made to measure and constitute non-prefabricated goods.

4. To exercise the right of withdrawal (if applicable), inform us of your decision in a clear statement.

§6. Complaints and Warranty

1. Products are covered by manufacturer's warranty for 24 months from the delivery date.

2. Complaints can be submitted by email or phone, describing the product defect.

3. The complaint will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

4. If the complaint is accepted, the defective product will be repaired, replaced or the amount paid will be refunded.

5. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by user fault or improper use.

2. Personal data is processed for order fulfillment and service provision.

3. Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit processing of their data.

§8. Final Provisions

1. These terms are effective from the date of publication on the website.

2. The seller reserves the right to change these terms.

3. Polish law applies to matters not regulated herein.

4. Any disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the seller's registered office.
